SPORTING ACHIEVEMENTS: Coming 2nd in the junior cup for Blyth rugby club. Coaching a young rugby player into the county squad for northumberland. Refereeing a mini's rugby tournament at newcastle falcons and refereeing the final on kingston park. lost 4 stone while boxing, that was my gratest achievment in sport. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

When i was younger i didnt always have a sporty figure. i was over weight and had no confidence. i tried to play rugby but wasnt very good as i was unfit and wasnt very mobile. when i was 16 i took up boxing for a period of 6 month i didnt fight but the training itself helped me be lighter on my feet and loose 4 stone from 14 stone to 10 stone in that period was grate i felt fitter and better as a person. after that i took it upon myself to get into better shape toning my muscles and keeping trim. i also took it upon myself in the past two years to organise a fitness session ounce a week for the youth rugby, it involves games which increases the heart rate and muscular indurance workouts for the older lads. with work i have never been able to settle down and find something i enjoy doing, but with sport i always know i will enjoy it in every aspect be it coaching refereeing and playing. i feel my true calling is in sport if someone gave me the chance im sure i can make a difference to other peoples lives by giving them the confidence and help that they need.
